What Data We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the following data:

- Name and surname / company name (provided by you)

- Subject of inquiry (selected by you)
- Message content (required)
- Language preference (detected automatically)
When you visit the site, Google Analytics may also collect anonymised technical data — see section 9.
Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data solely for:
- Responding to your business enquiry
- Providing consulting, training, or AI platform services
- Fulfilling legal and accounting obligations
- Improving our website and understanding visitor behaviour (analytics only)

Data Storage & Transfers
Contact form submissions are delivered via our email infrastructure and stored in our business email account. Data is processed within the European Union.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC. Google provides Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a safeguard for transfers outside the EEA. You can opt out at any time via our cookie settings.
Retention Period
We retain your personal data for:
- Up to 3 years from last contact, for enquiry correspondence
- Up to 5 years for records required under Polish accounting law
- Until you withdraw consent, for analytics data

Under GDPR you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
